ICU Registered Nurse Job Details Location: Yuma, Arizona (85364) - Arizona healthcare jobs Facility: Level 2 Trauma Center, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Position Type: Travel ICU RN Start Date: November 3, 2025 End Date: February 2, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour days (06:45 - 19:15) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay: $1990 - $2130 Patient Ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 (MedSurg ICU); 1:3 if no vents/drips Unit Size: 42 beds Charting System: Epic EMR ICU RN Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Arizona or compact state Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience Proficiency with Epic EMR within the last 2 years Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Experience with ventilators, sedation, sepsis, pressors, DKA, cardiac, CHF, and respiratory cases Ability to titrate a wide range of critical care drips Availability to work at least 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's) Must comply with 100-mile radius rule ICU Registered Nurse Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Titrate and manage critical care drips, including vasopressors, inotropes, antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, sedatives, paralytics, analgesics, and anticoagulants Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team: intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, and patient care assistants Float to other units as needed while maintaining safe patient ratios Participate in unit orientation and ongoing competency training Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety protocols Experience professional growth and adventure with this travel ICU RN job in Yuma, Arizona.
