This role is best suited for nurses with Level I Trauma Center experience and a proven ability to float across multiple ICU settings. Responsibilities: * Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients across a variety of critical care environments * Float between units as needed, including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ICU/PCC patients in the ED and PACU awaiting bed placement * Deliver safe, evidence-based care while adapting quickly to different unit workflows * Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes * Document all care accurately in Epic EMR Requirements: * Epic EMR experience - Required * Level I Trauma Center experience - Highly preferred * Experience floating across multiple ICU settings - Highly desired * Must be comfortable managing patients with complex, high-acuity needs * BLS & ACLS - Required Contact HumanEdge Health humanedgealliedhealth.com HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID #11706.
