Position Summary: Solid Roots Renovation LLC is seeking a skilled and versatile Construction Laborer to join our dedicated crew. This full-time position is for a team member who has a solid background in various phases of construction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has a positive attitude, and is eager to grow with our company. You will be an integral part of our team, tackling a wide range of projects and working on both challenging and rewarding jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of tasks across all phases of residential and small commercial construction projects.
n

Execute high-quality carpentry work, including framing, trim, deck building, and sunroom/pergola installation.
n
n
Conduct specialized repairs on exteriors, including siding and roof repair.
n
n
Complete interior renovation work for kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, including drywall, painting, and fixture installation.
n
n
Install various types of flooring and tile, including complex tile showers.
n
n
Read and interpret blueprints or project plans to ensure accurate and high-quality work.
n
n
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site in accordance with company standards.
n
n
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow.
n

Required Qualifications:

n
Experience in the construction or renovation industry.
n
n
Proven experience in some, if not all, of the renovation phases listed.
n
n
A positive attitude and a strong, self-motivated work ethic are a requirement.
n
n
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites daily.
n
n
Must possess a basic set of hand tools necessary for the trade.
n
n
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
n

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Pay: $15 - $45 per hour based on your level of experience and skills.

Overtime: Overtime hours are available.
n
n
Paid Time Off: Paid holidays offered.

Schedule: Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM work schedule.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, hands-on position working on various project sites.

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, subject to changing weather conditions.
