Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing distribution projects within the gas team. Your role will involve developing, documenting, and enforcing procedures for capital budget planning, prioritizing, and reporting. You will also be responsible for reviewing contractor invoices and providing updates to the client's management while ensuring integration between service sectors and disciplines. Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager with distribution projects on the gas team. Develop, document, and enforce procedures for capital budget planning, prioritizing, and reporting. Review invoices received from contractors before forwarding to management. Follow up with contractors for any questions or clarifications regarding their invoices. Provide updates to management and maintain integration between service sectors and disciplines. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Essential Skills

Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office. Experience in document control, construction administration, and project administration. Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus three years of relevant experience. Strong skills in Excel, including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup. Experience with invoicing software. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with utilities projects is a plus. Background in administration, project coordination, construction, and construction management. Ability to manage multiple budgets simultaneously. Commitment to long-term engagement in the role. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.66 - $38.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
