Remote Medical Assistant

Responsibilities: Provide empathetic and accurate support to patients using their home health kits, including blood pressure monitors. Educate patients on proper usage of their devices, ensuring accurate readings and comfort with the technology. Interpret blood pressure readings to determine if they fall within normal or abnormal ranges. Accurately collect and document patient vitals using telehealth platforms and EHR systems. Qualifications: Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required (accepted from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT). Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CMA. Work Environment 100% remote position.
