Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, we are a full-service Design-Build company managing projects throughout the United States. Our team members work on location for each project, specializing in fast-track commercial construction for public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense market. We are seeking Construction Project Manager (PM) candidates to join our West Coast Field Operations team for military projects in San Diego County. The headquarters/office assignment will be in Carlsbad, but the specific project location could vary within San Diego County. PMs are responsible for leading all aspects and phases of a project from conceptual design to final completion, supporting RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Pay: $130,000 - $160,000 per year DOE Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Coverage, 401k with Match Education & Experience

A BA/BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is the minimum formal education required. Equivalent work experience and training may also qualify. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in commercial project management. Six (6) or more years of experience as a Project Engineer and Assistant Project Manager (or equivalent) in the construction industry. Experience in the design-build industry is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet applications. Familiarity with software such as Primavera 3/6, Viewpoint, BIM, Revit. Certifications: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour (training can be provided), STS certification, LEED GA or AP/APP. Company Profile
