Position Overview:

The Creative Director is responsible for shaping the visual and emotional identity of the brand. You will lead a team of designers, copywriters, and content creators to produce innovative, high-impact work that captures attention, builds loyalty, and drives performance. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities: Brand & Creative Strategy
  • Own and evolve the visual and verbal identity of the brand across all channels.
  • Develop creative strategies that align with marketing and business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership to translate brand vision into world-class creative.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, videographers, and writers.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and growth teams.
Content & Campaign Development
  • Oversee the development of assets for campaigns, product launches, ads, packaging, social, web, and more.
  • Drive storytelling across photo, video, digital, and print formats.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all creative touchpoints.
Execution & Optimization
  • Ensure creative is both on-brand and optimized for performance.
  • Review and refine concepts with data and feedback.
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and project pipelines with efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 in a leadership position.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, brand development, and storytelling.
  • Expertise in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and an understanding of video, photography, and copywriting.
  • Experience managing internal and external creative teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and digital platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience in DTC, eCommerce, or consumer product brands.
