Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Fullstack Developer IV to join one of the top multinational technology companies in the Bay Area. The main function of this full stack developer is to code for both front and back-end programming. You will be joining the PSAT team for a variety of projects to help customers across multiple functions. The team has planned multiple fullstack and Python applications, with responsibilities including:
40% frontend utilizing React.js
60% backend utilizing PHP/Hack, SQL, and Python
The following are projects you would be supporting:
FDM Ownership: Create end-to-end full stack web pages in FDM for Ports, switches supporting facilities, data center networks, etc. Impact: Time savings of more than 2,000 manual hours in search and data queries.
Factop Management Modules: Support crucial privacy and security applications. Impact: Enhance data center security, reduce port and switch configurations, freeing up more than 10,000-50,000 existing configurations.
BAM: Add advanced alerting systems for network and data center alarm notifications with auto-remediation capabilities. Impact: Reduce on-call load for over five teams, saving at least 40 hours/week (~2,080 hours/year). Helps mitigate issues before escalating to SEV.
Workflow Reliability and Process Automation: Support engineers in creating workflows and supporting existing ones. Currently supporting over 200 workflows and 250 building blocks, saving more than 20,000 hours annually.
