office. Key Responsibilities: This role will offer the firm's clients with sophisticated and complex litigation cases. The caseload will include tort litigation matters. Evaluate potential tort cases for legal merit and viability. You will assist the firm's Partners in high-profile and complex cases. You will assist in representing businesses, insurance carriers and individuals in a variety of areas, including insurance contracts, business disputes, premises liability, product liability and construction disputes. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Admission to the state bar of Missouri. 1+ year(s) of legal experience, including insurance and/or tort litigation.
