Job Title: RN - Vascular Surgery (Circulate & Sedation) Location: Morgantown, WV Job Details: This role is focused on Vascular Surgery and requires strong experience in both open vascular and endovascular procedures. You'll be responsible for circulating and providing sedation. Required Experience:
* Peripheral artery bypass * AAA repair (open and endovascular) * Carotid endarterectomies * Fistula creation * Amputations * Endovascular surgery (EVAR, TCAR, TAG) * Thoracic surgery (preferred but not required) * General surgery background is a plus (some hospitals combine vascular with general OR)
Additional Info:
* Experience with sedation preferred * Call required: 1 night per week + 1 weekend per month * Unit: 2SE Heart and Vascular Institute * of Suites: 6 * Average Cases per Day: 14-16
Certifications Required:
* BLS
Common Cases Handled:
* Cardiac Surgery: CABG, valve repair/replacement (open & robotic), ECMO, transplant * Thoracic Surgery: Robotic, endoscopic, and open procedures (lung resection, VATS, esophagectomy, POEM, hiatal hernia repair, mediport, EGD, GI & respiratory stents) * Vascular Surgery: Diagnostic angiography, percutaneous interventions, endarterectomy, dialysis access, AAA repair, visceral arterial repair, amputations
