Responsibilities: Work with SAP HR Security and Workday systems, including user administration (creating, modifying, deleting user IDs, password resets, audit logs, secondary user IDs, role administration). Create and modify roles, and be aware of processes to move changes to the production environment. Manage user group assignments in Workday and contribute to audit support and research alongside the validation team. In LCD, create interface files, move and load files in different tables, create new organizations, update time types, wage types, allocation rules, permissions, and manage user IDs (modify, delete, create). Support audit activities related to LCD, including deployment for quarterly releases of eTES, LCD, and iTools. Monitor and maintain servers and tools such as eTES, LCD, Cognos, Citrix, and iTools. Create new organizations in eTES and manage user IDs and parameters. Experience with RSSSA and USD ticketing tools is advantageous. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
