Litigation Associate Attorney
to join its Manchester-based legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial and insurance defense matters and to be involved in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, motion practice, and participating in evidentiary hearings.

Key Responsibilities
Draft and respond to discovery and motions Take and defend depositions Argue motions in state and federal courts Conduct witness interviews and gather case materials Collaborate closely with other attorneys and legal staff Organize and manage litigation documents and case workflow Ensure compliance with relevant legal procedures and requirements
Requirements
1 to 3 years of litigation experience Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire Courtroom experience preferred Deposition experience preferred Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills (writing sample required)
