BCG Attorney Search Experience 1-8 yrs required Posted on Jun 07, 2025 Profile Job Title Litigation And Counseling Employment Associate Attorney Job Overview A prominent law firm located in Denver, CO is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney to join its dynamic Employment Team. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with complex employment matters, representing clients in litigation and agency disputes while providing strategic guidance on evolving employment laws and regulations. The firm is well-regarded for defending clients in a wide range of employment-related claims. Duties Defend clients against employment-related claims in litigation and disputes with agencies Provide practical counsel on employment laws and regulations, keeping clients informed of any changes Draft and review legal documents, including workplace policies, employment contracts, and agreements Offer guidance on various employment issues, including training and compliance Represent clients in matters related to discrimination, harassment, employment contract breaches, trade secrets, unfair competition, retaliation, wage and hour class actions, union relations, and more Requirements 1-3 years of post-JD experience, preferably with a focus on employment law Prior experience in providing legal advice, litigation representation, and drafting employment-related documents Strong legal research and writing skills Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail with an entrepreneurial mindset and a collaborative approach to work Education Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school with excellent academic performance Judicial law clerk experience is a plus Certifications Licensed to practice law in Colorado or willing to complete the process for waiving into the Colorado Bar Skills Legal research Legal writing Litigation Client counseling Workplace policy drafting Effective communication Job Location Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits with a 3% contribution to the 401(k) plan Flexible paid time off Short-term and long-term disability insurance Life insurance 12-16 weeks of paid parental leave Eligibility for year-end and discretionary bonuses based on performance Company info BCG Attorney Search 200 South Wacker Drive, 31st Floor Chicago Illinois United States 60606 Phone :
