Travel Dialysis RN

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days, 7:00am - 7:30pm

Call Required: Yes, 12 hours per week

Floating Required: Yes

Position Overview:

Provide dialysis care to patients in an acute care inpatient setting, maintaining accountability for safe and effective treatment while demonstrating critical thinking, scientific judgment, and clinical leadership.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years' experience as an RN

* Acute care inpatient experience required

* BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required

* Tablo device experience preferred

* EMR experience: Cerner, Mindray Telemetry monitoring

Unit Details:

* Number of beds: 4

* Patient ratio: 1:1 - 1:2

Responsibilities:

* Deliver comprehensive dialysis care utilizing the Nursing Process

* Monitor and assess patient condition, adjusting treatment per protocol

* Delegate tasks and provide supervision to assigned personnel

* Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

* Follow hospital policies and state Nurse Practice Act requirements
