Junior Traffic Manager
do at Hogarth?
The Junior Traffic Manager manages project workflows for the linguist network within the Retail Marketing division for a tech client. This role involves close collaboration with both the client and agency network, engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, standard-compliant, and budget-conscious delivery. Key skills include multitasking, clear communication, negotiation, and expectation management. Responsibilities include organizing projects, tracking progress, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities
Network Management
Understand contractual obligations, SOW, SLAs Coordinate weekly status and kickoff meetings Create and manage work schedules, ensuring quality and timeliness Address team issues and quality control with the linguist network Support technical issue resolution Project & Account Management
Manage workflows, support client projects, update trackers Monitor timelines, budgets, and resource planning Ensure contractual compliance and team training Client Management
Coordinate with all relevant parties globally Manage client expectations and confidentiality Build strong relationships with stakeholders Finance Management
Plan quarterly budgets, monitor spends, perform reconciliations Ensure compliance with financial policies Requirements
Background in Project Management/Traffic, preferably localization Experience managing high-volume, multi-market projects Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings Experience with large marketing websites beneficial Proven project and client management skills Organized, detail-oriented, proficient with macOS and content tools Ability to work under pressure and solve problems proactively At Hogarth California, the base salary ranges from $25 to $46/hr, depending on experience and qualifications.
