This role will be based in NYC, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, or San Francisco. Our approach to flexible work centers on trust and is tailored for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work is hybrid, performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by team needs. We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Senior Social Content Producer to lead the production and amplification of dynamic social content across key platforms. You will craft compelling narratives that resonate, drive engagement, and elevate our brand in real time. Collaborating with social, creator, and partnership teams, you’ll produce content aligned with cultural trends, campaign goals, and community expectations—bringing stories to life with agility and creative excellence. Responsibilities
Own end-to-end production of social content across channels like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit, ensuring alignment with brand voice and cultural relevance. Craft compelling narratives and scripts that elevate brand messaging and resonate with target audiences across platforms and markets. Develop engaging, on-brand copy for social media posts and campaigns, considering platform nuances and audience behavior. Collaborate with creators, partners, and internal teams to ideate, script, and produce engaging video, graphic, and written content that fosters community growth and connection. Conceptualize internal talent and influencer content for social media. Coordinate timely responses to trending moments, audience feedback, and social conversations to maintain relevance and authenticity. Maintain consistent quality and tone across all social assets, balancing brand personality with audience expectations and platform best practices. Partner with Social, Brand, Legal, Communications, and Customer Experience teams to ensure content compliance and support broader marketing initiatives. Monitor content performance metrics, analyze engagement, and use feedback to inform creative decisions. Optimize content production processes by leveraging creative tools and platforms to improve efficiency, collaboration, and scalability. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
7+ years producing content for social media or digital platforms, managing end-to-end content cycles. 2+ years’ experience with Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, or Avid; experience with After Effects and CapCut is a plus. Experience shooting phone-first content at events, with talent, or in real-time moments. 4+ years working with social platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, understanding their content formats and best practices. 4+ years understanding creator culture and applying insights to branded content. 4+ years in project management, juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in fast-paced environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in global or matrixed organizations managing diverse, multi-market content strategies. Experience as a creator or deep understanding of creator engagement, platform trends, and content optimization. Proficiency with social listening, publishing, and content management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout Social, Khoros, Brandwatch). Background in editorial strategy, creator marketing, or culturally relevant campaigns that foster community engagement. Passion for innovative social storytelling and authentic brand connections in real-time digital culture. Ability to collaborate across legal, communications, and brand teams to ensure content integrity and compliance. Exceptional communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling. LinkedIn offers fair and equitable compensation. The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $195,000, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and other factors.
