A plaintiffs’ firm specializing in Personal Injury, Nursing Home Abuse, Habitability, Police Brutality, and Civil Rights Litigation is seeking a talented and motivated litigation attorney to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, strong research and writing skills, and a passion for providing justice. This role will involve managing caseloads, preparing legal documents, and participating in all phases of litigation, including depositions, hearings, and trials. Location: Duties: Conduct legal research and analysis. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials. Effectively manage caseloads and deadlines. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and implement legal strategies. Assist with business development and client relationship management. Requirements: J.D. degree from an accredited law school. 2-5 years of litigation experience. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong work ethic. Admitted to practice law in California. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admitted to practice law in California. Skills: Legal research and analysis. Strong written and verbal communication. Case management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team. 401(k) retirement plan with employer discretionary contributions.
