The Site Ops Coordinator for Levi's e-commerce production team drives operational excellence for the team; serve as primary contact for issues with tools or the customer experience, working across teams to resolve issues; advocates for enhancements and upgrades to processes with a focus on the impact to the customer; perform other responsibilities as assigned. About the Job
Manage site refreshes and web projects in partnership with teams to prioritize communication to partners. Manage project workflows, timelines and roadmaps for multiple business plans and goals; maintain production processes to ensure milestones are met with consistency and accuracy. Support e-commerce promotional activities. Implement navigation changes and category management in backend system to support site merchandising projects. Improve the operational effectiveness of existing processes by identifying opportunities for process change and progress. Identify issues or errors on site throughout the customer experience; be first contact for business teams when content/product and tool issues occur. Work with appropriate teams to facilitate resolution and communicate updates to business teams and leadership. Regular, attendance & punctuality. About You
BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience with e-commerce Proficent in Excel Project management skills This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.”)) The expected starting salary range for this role is $51,400- $80,000 per year .
