Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical OCTOBER 27TH START NOT SOONER Submission Requirements: WILL TAKES LOCALS - Local rate (less than 75 miles) Up to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in MS STROKE STEPDOWN and documents travel experience. 2 recent MS Charge/Manager RN References Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Current AHA BLS, NIHSS NURSYS Report Licenses verification with ACTIVE NY License ALL active RN Licenses. RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp: EPIC Job Description: Unit: MS Stroke Stepdown Patients Shift: 6:30a-7p (Block Scheduling is never promised or guaranteed) Floating Required: Yes Scrub Color: Navy Blue Unit Specifics: Common Diagnosis - Stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med surg, pneumonia, pulmonary issues.
