S$ 8,000 - 9,500 Key Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law. Minimum 10 years
in Construction Contract Management. Expert knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contracts, and SOP Act. Core Responsibilities: Draft, Review, and Negotiate
contract terms with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Manage all
Contractual claims , including
EOT, variations, and loss & expense. Provide
Contractual advice
and ensure company compliance with obligations. Identify
Contractual risks
and develop
Mitigation Strategies. Resolve
Disputes
amicably with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and manage all
