We are looking for an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of civil matters, from pre-litigation through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, detail-oriented legal professional with strong litigation skills and a passion for advocacy. Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of civil litigation, including initial case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and trial. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients. Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations. Maintain and develop client relationships. Supervise junior associates and legal support staff as needed. $150,000 - $200,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr
