We are seeking a seasoned

Customer Communications Management (CCM) Architect

to lead the design and development of high-volume, cloud-native Exstream templates and forms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable, maintainable CCM solutions that enhance customer engagement. What You'll Do

Design, develop, and deploy CCM templates using OpenText Exstream Cloud Native Designer and Engine Designer Create and refine flow models and contexts to orchestrate efficient communication processes Lead migration and upgrades from legacy Exstream applications to cloud-native architecture Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into robust Exstream solutions Develop Unix/Linux shell scripts to automate build, deployment, and monitoring tasks Integrate Exstream outputs with Java or Python-based microservices Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning What You Bring

5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16, v22 or newer), including Cloud Native Designer & Engine Proven success designing and deploying CCM templates in a cloud-native environment Strong Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting skills Solid foundation in Java development; Python experience is a plus Familiarity with API integration and microservices architecture Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Core Skills Required

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
