Pop Mart is seeking a
Senior Events Producer
to lead the planning, execution, and performance management of experiential brand activations across the United States. This role will drive Pop Mart’s presence in the cultural and retail landscape, producing bold, immersive experiences that excite our fans, attract new audiences, and build brand love. The ideal candidate is a senior-level producer with a passion for creating unforgettable brand experiences—from pop-up shops and exhibitions to festival partnerships and conventions. This person will act as the lead project owner, pulling together cross-functional resources and external partners to deliver world-class experiences that bring the Pop Mart brand to life. What You Will Achieve: Lead Experiential Event Production:
Oversee brand activations, including pop-up shops, exhibitions, festival activations, and consumer-facing experiences Own End-to-End Delivery:
Manage the full event lifecycle—from concept and creative development through planning, logistics, execution, and post-event reporting Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Partner with internal teams across marketing, brand, creative, retail, merchandising, operations, and PR, as well as external agencies and vendors Budget & Resource Management:
Build and oversee event budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and flawless execution within scope and timelines On-Site Leadership:
Act as the producer during activations, ensuring seamless execution, guest engagement, and brand integrity Measure Impact:
Define event KPIs and partner stakeholders to assess performance, guest engagement, and ROI/ROX (return on experience) Trendspotting & Innovation:
Stay on the cutting edge of experiential marketing, fandom communities, and pop culture to bring fresh, innovative ideas to Pop Mart activations Cultural Storytelling:
Translate brand strategy into emotionally resonant, highly shareable moments that reinforce Pop Mart’s role as a leader in global pop culture collectibles What You Will Need: 7+ years of experience in
experiential marketing, event production, or brand activations , preferably within entertainment, consumer goods, or agency environments Proven success producing
high-visibility brand activations
with significant budgets, influencer/celebrity partnerships, and premium creative execution Strong cross-functional leadership skills; demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders without direct authority Excellent creative instincts with a
pulse on pop culture, Gen Z, fan communities , and the ability to translate brand narratives into engaging experiences Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects in a
