About The Role The Manager, Rewards Redemption Marketplace, will enhance the customer experience within the loyalty rewards redemption marketplace. Responsibilities include managing content, supporting the marketplace calendar, executing digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting pricing strategies, and ensuring a seamless digital customer experience to drive engagement and participation. What You'll Do Manage high-quality content that aligns with loyalty program objectives and engages members. Support pricing strategies with Finance and other teams to encourage point burning and reduce costs. Plan and manage the rewards marketplace calendar, ensuring timely promotions aligned with business goals. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase engagement. Analyze campaign performance, track metrics, and provide reports with insights and recommendations. Ensure a positive customer experience across all digital touchpoints, implementing personalization strategies. Coordinate with marketing, Finance, and other teams for smooth activity and campaign execution. Who You Are Experience in loyalty marketing, digital marketing, or rewards program management. Experience with content management, campaign execution, and pricing strategies in digital or loyalty environments. Strong skills in pricing analysis and optimization for point redemption. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels. Solid data analysis skills for interpreting trends and deriving insights. Excellent project management skills for handling multiple projects on time and within budget. Strong communication skills to present data and insights to leadership. A customer-centric mindset focusing on engaging, personalized experiences. Excellent organizational skills for managing schedules, teams, and campaigns. Experience with digital marketing channels and campaign data analysis. Preferred Experience in loyalty marketing or customer rewards programs, especially in digital or e-commerce settings. Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software. Benefits At Gap Inc.
