Litigation Docket Clerk
to support our litigation practice firmwide. This role can be based in San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley (Palo Alto), Orange County, Century City, or Los Angeles, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and flexibility for overtime.

Identifying deadlines and preparing master calendars for distribution. Obtaining filing information from court clerks and online dockets. Qualifications: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of litigation calendaring/docketing experience, preferably in a large law firm. Understanding of court docketing and calendaring procedures; familiarity with federal, state, and county court rules. Excellent communication, proofreading, and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
