Job Summary
This firm is hiring a seasoned Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Manager for its Washington, D.C. office to lead and support the PI team in a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). This is not a client-facing or litigation role but focuses on guidance, client consultations, and managing personnel within the PI division.
Responsibilities
Provide guidance and strategic oversight to the PI team. Manage and mentor attorneys and legal staff within the PI division. Maintain clear client communication throughout cases.
Requirements
JD in good standing with the D.C. Bar. Minimum 5 years of personal injury experience across both pre-litigation and litigation. Strong knowledge of D.C. law and court systems. Demonstrated success in managing attorneys and legal teams. Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
$120,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience.
