Proficient in ATOLL is a MUST
Samsung Macro/Small product/technology experience is essential
Experience with EME analysis tools such as Roof master/iXUS is essential
The individual will work with an established RF design group to increase RF node designs in our network. Responsibilities include performing Macro/Small cell design and modifications, creating plumbing diagrams, filing E911/Regulatory paperwork, translating cell site data, updating Atoll records, supporting RFE EME analysis/reports, and creating RF safety reports for landlords. We seek a well-organized, self-motivated team player with good communication skills, willing to handle repetitive tasks, work under pressure, and manage projects with vague guidelines.
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
Experience with ATOLL
Experience with EME analysis tools such as Roof master/iXUS, RFE EME reports, Regulatory submissions (FCC/FAA, FAS)
RF Design experience with Samsung equipment
Site selection & review for new locations
Knowledge of RF theory, LTE/VoLTE/5G (C-band & mmWave)
Antenna selection knowledge
Proficiency with propagation modeling software such as Atoll
Tool experience: MapInfo (QGIS), Visio, Google Earth, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Understanding of 5G NR standards
Good communication skills & ability to handle multiple priorities
DESIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of LTE network KPIs and key parameters
Experience designing 5G/4G Small cells, mmWave
Preferred tool experience: Atoll, cell site design for mmWave/Odas, project management tools like FUZE, SPM, CANVAS
Excel with VB macros and worksheet manipulation
