hybrid schedule , balancing flexibility with mentorship and client-facing exposure. Key Responsibilities: Provide sophisticated estate planning and gift and estate tax analysis. Advise ultra-high-net-worth clients on lifetime gifts, estate planning strategies, and charitable planning. Draft estate planning documents and assist with estate and trust administration. Collaborate with family businesses and charitable organizations on wealth planning matters. Candidate Profile: Ideally, 3+ years of experience
in sophisticated estate planning and gift and estate tax analysis. Strong judgment, drafting, and tax skills. Experience working with ultra-high-net-worth clients on complex wealth planning issues. Proactive, client service-focused, and able to work independently. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to practice in Massachusetts (or willing to sit for the bar).
