Travel RN - CVICU | Albany, NY

Start Date: 09/22/2025 | Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Days, 7:00am - 7:30pm

Weekends: Every other | Holidays: Rotating

Position Overview:

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Cardiovascular ICU Registered Nurse (CVICU) for a 13-week travel assignment in Albany, NY. This role requires expertise in caring for high-acuity, immediate postoperative cardiac and vascular surgery patients in a Level I Trauma Center.

Requirements:

* Current RN license (NY or compact, if applicable)

* 2-3 years of recent CVICU staff experience required

* Trauma Level I experience required

* Epic EMR experience required

* Current BLS & ACLS certifications

Required Skills & Competencies:

* Immediate post-op cardiac and vascular ICU care

* Advanced hemodynamic monitoring

* Ventilator management

* A-lines, spinal drains, hemodynamic monitoring, ECG interpretation

* Temporary pacemakers

* Vasoactive and inotropic drip titration

Schedule & Commitment:

* 12-hour day shifts (7:00am - 7:30pm)

* Every other weekend

* Rotating holidays
