The firm fosters creativity and innovation, ensuring each project reflects the client's vision and needs while maintaining high standards of quality and excellence. Position Summary As a Project Architect, you will lead projects from conceptual design through construction administration. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing design solutions, producing documentation, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect to contribute to significant projects and grow within a dynamic firm. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of architectural projects, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration. Develop strong client relationships and serve as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle. Translate client needs into innovative and functional design solutions. Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Coordinate with consultants, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers. Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress to ensure adherence to design and contract documents. Mentor and guide junior staff. Contribute to the firm's design culture through internal reviews and discussions. Maintain knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Education/Skills/Experience: 7-12 years of experience in an architectural firm post-bachelor's degree. Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch). Experience in high-end residential and commercial project design and management. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
