We want to add a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to our team. As the HRM, you will lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department for your assigned location. You will work collaboratively with HR Generalists and Recruiters to ensure an inviting culture and outstanding customer service. You will provide HR guidance to your assigned State Director to meet regulatory needs and report directly to the Director of Human Resources. Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily workflow of the department. Handling discipline and termination of employees per company policy. Providing support and guidance on complex, specialized, and sensitive issues; administering routine tasks in delicate circumstances. Overseeing employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations. Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations; reviewing policies and practices. Staying informed on trends, best practices, and legal changes in HR. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new staff as needed. Performing other duties as assigned. The hiring range is $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Thorough knowledge of employment laws. Proficiency or ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems. Preferred experience and education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. At least four years of HR management experience or equivalent. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired. Additional requirements: Valid health certificate and background checks as per requirements.
