Seeking full-time Patent Support Specialists to join either our IP Training & Support or New Applications departments. Hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Key Responsibilities : Reviewing and e-filing prosecution documents with the USPTO. Managing an independent workload. Desired Qualities : Excellent proofreading and editing skills. Superior organizational and critical thinking skills. High attention to detail. Ability to problem solve and work independently. Strong MS Word skills with fast/accurate typing (minimum 50 wpm). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer : Hybrid work environment: Three days in-office (Mon–Wed), two days remote (Thu–Fri). Competitive salary and benefits package in line with DC market standards.
