Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Nuclear Medicine

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for day shifts with experience in PET and general nuclear medicine, working on Siemens PET CT and nuclear medicine cameras.Job Details•Work in a nuclear medicine department within a hospital setting,•No cardiac imaging performed in this department,•Competency with Siemens PET CT, Siemens, and Philips nuclear medicine cameras required,•PET and general nuclear medicine cases handled,•Choice of 4x10 hour or 5x8 hour day shifts, starting at 6:30 AM,•Charting experience with Epic is preferred,•Travelers may be expected to float to similar units within their scope as needed,Job Requirements•NMTCB certification required,•PET credential preferred,•No minimum experience required; first-time travelers welcome,•Allied health license required if applicable,•Must be competent in both PET and general nuclear medicine procedures,Additional Information•Royal blue or khaki scrubs required,•Training modules completed onsite during orientation and recorded via transcripts,•No travel pairs or groups accepted for this assignment,•Candidates who have worked as permanent staff must have a gap of one year before returning as a traveler,•No more than 3 days of requested time off will be approved, and no time off is allowed during the first week of orientation,•Local candidates within a 75-mile radius are not accepted
