Location: Tustin Auto Center – Supporting Tustin Mazda and the all-new Tustin Kia Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week Compensation: $25/hour guaranteed pay ($50,000 / Year) + performance bonus opportunities ($500–$1,000 monthly) Status: Non-commission position

Warmly greet and engage with customers in the showroom Learn and share product knowledge on Mazda and Kia vehicles Provide guests with a friendly, professional introduction to our dealerships Assist the sales team with guest experience support Contribute to a fun, collaborative, and award-winning team culture
What We’re Looking For No auto industry experience? No problem! We’re looking for individuals who are customer-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. You’ll be a great fit if you have: A background in customer service, hospitality, or retail (restaurants, fast food, hotels, etc. a plus!) Strong communication skills and a positive, approachable personality A passion for working with people and helping others An interest in learning about the automotive business with a path for career growth
