Part-Time, Sundays & Mondays, 11 am-7:30 pm

The Dining Room Supervisor plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home.
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure a quality dining experience by greeting and seating residents and guests, overseeing dining room staff and maintaining a pleasant and clean dining environment.
Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
Responsible for the daily operations of the dining room. Ensures smooth and timely opening of the dining room, including the facilitation of the pre-meal meeting. Inspects cleaning and closing of the dining room. Provides supervision for special functions Greet and seat residents and guests. Ensures consistently high quality customer service in the dining room. Assists the dining service manager, hiring, training, disciplining and terminating employees. Maintain a work environment that is clean and presents a professional image. Attend and participate in in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications
Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions Regular attendance, reliability and punctuality is necessary
Ability to work nights and weekends, upon request Must be able to work overtime as needed May be responsible to work on an on-call basis
Outstanding customer service skills Well organized with excellent attention to detail Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent Supervisory experience in food service Who We Are:
