Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/08/2025 Duration: 11 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job ID: T4H - 914 Job Summary The Nuclear Medicine Technologist will perform general duties in Nuclear Medicine, including technical and operational procedures, equipment troubleshooting, patient care, and imaging study performance. Responsibilities include injections, administering radiopharmaceuticals, assisting with training of other staff, inventory control, and patient scheduling. This role also ensures compliance with regulatory agency requirements concerning Nuclear Medicine. Responsibilities Perform imaging studies and administer radiopharmaceuticals Provide patient care and ensure safety during all procedures Troubleshoot and maintain equipment as needed Assist in training staff and students in Nuclear Medicine procedures Manage inventory and maintain supplies Support scheduling of patients and workflow efficiency Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency requirements Requirements Graduate of an approved AMA School of Radiology and NMTCB-approved School of Nuclear Medicine Valid State of Maine license required National registration with ARRT required BLS certification required Must meet mandatory CEU requirements 1 year of previous experience preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to rotate to off-site imaging locations Phlebotomy skills as required About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
