Position Summary... What You'll Do... Ensure a safe shopping experience by adhering to safety standards, conducting safety checks, and reporting any unsafe conditions to management. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming Members, addressing their needs, assisting with product selections, and resolving any issues or concerns. Maintain an organized and attractive merchandise presentation by stocking products, setting up displays, and removing damaged items. Keep the liquor sales area well-maintained by handling returns, zoning the space, organizing products, and identifying losses or damages. Operate cash registers, process Member purchases, assist with payments, and handle returns and exchanges in accordance with the company's procedures. Maintain cash register supplies and prevent losses by following company policies regarding concealed merchandise. Comply with all legal regulations and company policies for liquor sales, including verifying Member identification and completing necessary documentation. Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and open communication among associates, supporting each other’s growth and recognizing contributions.
