A career in our Financial Due Diligence practice, within Deals Transaction Services, will provide you the opportunity to help organisations realise the potential of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital markets. We assist leading companies in originating, creating, executing, and realising value from deals through data-driven insights, ensuring maximum value for our clients. Our team supports both buy-side and sell-side due diligence, analyzing and validating financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions to provide peace of mind to corporate and financial buyers.

As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to address complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities include developing new skills, resolving team issues, coaching others, analyzing proposals, using diverse information sources, addressing sub-standard work, leveraging data for decision-making, understanding global trends, managing stakeholder viewpoints, simplifying complex messages, and upholding the firm's ethical standards.

The Opportunity

In the Contracts and Closing Mechanisms team, you will help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will supervise and develop teams, ensure top-quality deliverables, and leverage team strengths to meet client expectations. Effective communication with technologists and business partners, along with driving client engagement workstreams, will be key aspects of your role.

Responsibilities

Assist organizations in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures

Supervise and develop teams to ensure quality

Leverage team strengths to meet client expectations

Facilitate communication between technologists and business partners

Drive client engagement workstreams

Advise clients on agreement negotiations and deal closing mechanics

Support clients throughout transaction stages

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Experience reviewing and commenting on the financial and accounting aspects of SPAs

Two years of transaction experience

CPA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience

Analytical skills and commercial awareness

Attention to detail

Client and stakeholder needs management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize

Flexible working style, including telecommuting

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $232,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonuses.
