We are seeking an experienced
IT Manager
to oversee the company’s technology infrastructure, ensure robust data security, and optimize the digital tools that power operations. This position plays a strategic role in planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions in partnership with a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills to align IT initiatives with business objectives. Tasks
Key Responsibilities Technical & Infrastructure Management Oversee daily IT operations, working closely with the company’s MSP to ensure optimal performance of networks, systems, and servers. Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are consistently maintained. Manage internal IT staff as well as external consultants. Cybersecurity & Compliance Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus, and encryption protocols. Proactively monitor for security breaches and respond to incidents. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. System Development & Integration Align IT projects and initiatives with business goals in collaboration with executive leadership. Oversee system development, updates, and integrations across software applications and e-commerce platforms. Manage ERP, CRM, and inventory management systems to support operational efficiency. Vendor & Budget Management Maintain and strengthen relationships with IT vendors and service providers. Negotiate IT-related contracts and agreements. Manage and monitor IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. Team Leadership & Support Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members. Provide technical guidance and training to staff across departments. Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices. Requirements
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or related leadership role. Strong knowledge of network architecture, hardware, and software systems. Experience with ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and inventory management systems. Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards. Proven leadership, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
