Overview:
This position will manage projects across the Technology landscape assigned via Technology Project Management Office (PMO). The Project Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through the assigned project team members. This role will work within the PMO and closely with business partners and Technology team members to ensure successful delivery to meet the organization's goals
Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of a project, including timeline, scope and cost. Create and manage the project plan, resource plan, stakeholder analysis, issue logs, risk logs, and other relevant documentation to ensure all team members are aligned on deliverables and tasks Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring 3rd party deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations Work closely and build relationships with team members in the business and IT to accomplish tasks, which may include senior management Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed funding parameters Champion change management by preparing stakeholders for transitions and ensuring adoption of new systems or processes. Prepare status reports for review and distribution to management and project team Schedule and facilitate project meetings and workshops Prepare presentations for project meetings and executive meetings Qualifications:
