The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating critical support aspects of assembly production. Shift Available
2nd Shift - Monday through Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Responsibilities
Manage inventory from warehouse to assembly staging areas and back. Print and stage daily work orders, Lot History Records, and labels according to product schedules and processes. Coordinate LHR activities among internal personnel. Provide administrative support to assembly supervisors and staff. Support product packout, palletization, and transfers to warehouse. Develop and implement standard work to support assembly functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and inventory accuracy. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory counts. Understand assembly, customer needs, and core markets. Support compliance with Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements. Follow work instructions and standard work procedures. Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, quality, and finance teams. Ensure proper functioning of business systems. Work effectively in a manufacturing environment. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Participation in continuing education, local chapters, or professional organizations. Physical & Environmental Demands
Use of chemicals such as cutting oils and solvents; testing ensures levels below OSHA permissible exposure limits. Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range: USD $22.40 - USD $27.45, with shift differential. Benefits include 401(k), health clinics, bonuses, tuition assistance, and more, based on hours worked. Additional Information
