About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Capital Markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives, expanding the company's presence with existing customers, and establishing new relationships with prospects. This role requires a proven track record in new business sales and account management within the Global 2000 enterprises, particularly in the Capital Markets and FSI Verticals. The RVP will be expected to guide and manage the sales team to ensure that revenue goals are exceeded, as well as to attract, hire, and retain top sales talent. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience, a strong background in C-level sales, and the ability to influence and empower employees to achieve objectives.
Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree, with an MBA being preferred. A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business needs and revenue potential for enterprise accounts, and experience in territory management and planning. The role demands a leader with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas, expertise in selling enterprise software solutions, and the ability to manage sophisticated sales cycles. The RVP will be expected to be an expert in positioning business value, and to have a detailed understanding of SaaS/cloud-based software solutions for various business lines.
