Job Summary
The ID Center Attendant position serves as the primary point of contact for the Resort's ID Center. The Attendant strives to provide the highest level of customer service to maintain an inviting and service-focused atmosphere. Position provides general resort information to guests, manages inventory, assesses cardholder eligibility, and makes photo IDs for Resort timeshare owners and employees. Ideal candidates possess a friendly disposition and a desire to serve others.

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Resort's ID Center Assess timeshare owner and Resort employee card eligibility Oversee inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed Respond to phone and email inquiries Other duties as assigned by management
