Job Description: Qualcomm's Diversity Equity & Inclusion Team is looking for a Program Coordinator to support culture and inclusion, DEI conference strategy, and employee network programs. We are a team driven by strategic thinking, effective communication, and collaboration. You will help foster an environment where all employees feel welcome, inventive, and inspired. The Global Inclusion & Diversity team provides the knowledge and capabilities to integrate inclusion and diversity into Qualcomm's business and culture. This role will report to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program Specialist, Staff (Program Lead). Travel will be required during peak recruitment season. Support the design and delivery of DEI programs and strategies for company-wide culture and inclusion events Assist with project plans and timelines for diversity recruiting to help scale external and university partnerships Track incoming requests and monitor deadlines with key cross-functional partners across several affinity groups and employee networks Collaborate and assist with internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Corporate Giving Support budget by learning and executing internal processes for opening and tracking POs and invoices Assist with event engagement and vendor management Support other project objectives including high priority administrative tasks Exceptional attention to detail Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional offices Ability to provide a high level of support as needed Ability to carry out assignments independently with good time management skills Interest in taking on new initiatives Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time to completion on a timely basis
