Secret Job Summary Montcure LLC is seeking a highly experienced Specialist Leader to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ERP systems, focusing on SAP (including S/4HANA) and Oracle platforms. This role will drive ERP integration, maintenance, and comprehensive support services to ensure seamless operations for our clients, including those in government environments requiring compliance with federal standards such as FISMA (Federal Information Security Modernization Act), FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program), NIST SP 800-53 (Security and Privacy Controls for Information Systems and Organizations), and FISCAM (Federal Information System Controls Audit Manual). The ideal candidate will also lead thought leadership initiatives, develop marketing collateral, deliver training programs, and support business development across all vertical domains of the firm, including manufacturing, finance, healthcare, retail, and government sectors. With a strong emphasis on emerging technologies like AI platforms and RPA, this position plays a pivotal role in enhancing client value through innovative, compliant ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities
ERP Integration and Maintenance:
Provide expert SME support for the integration, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems, with a focus on SAP (including S/4HANA for real-time analytics and intelligent enterprise capabilities) and Oracle (such as Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite). Ensure system stability, scalability, and alignment with business objectives, incorporating government-specific requirements for federal clients, such as FISMA-mandated risk management and continuous monitoring. Data Management Services:
Lead data normalization and data cleansing efforts to maintain high-quality, consistent datasets across ERP environments. Implement best practices for data governance, including schema design and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, while adhering to NIST SP 800-53 controls for data protection in government systems. System Ontology and Interfaces:

Additional Support Services:
Deliver a range of reasonable ERP-related services, including:
System upgrades and migrations (e.g., transitioning to SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion Cloud), ensuring compliance with FISMA and FedRAMP for government clients. Performance tuning and optimization for enhanced efficiency. Security audits and compliance management (e.g., conducting FISCAM-based audits for financial reporting systems, implementing NIST SP 800-53 controls for access management, risk assessment, and incident response; also covering GDPR and SOX for non-government clients). Custom reporting and analytics using embedded tools like SAP Analytics Cloud or Oracle Analytics, aligned with federal reporting requirements. Integration with AI platforms (e.g., machine learning models for predictive maintenance, demand forecasting, or anomaly detection in ERP data), ensuring AI implementations meet NIST guidelines for trustworthy AI in government use. RPA implementation (e.g., automating routine tasks like invoice processing or inventory reconciliation using tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere integrated with SAP/Oracle APIs), with controls to satisfy FISMA security baselines. Cloud migration and hybrid environment support for cost-effective, scalable ERP deployments, including FedRAMP-authorized cloud services. Vendor management and third-party tool integrations (e.g., with CRM systems like Salesforce or supply chain platforms), incorporating federal acquisition regulations where applicable.
Thought Leadership and Marketing:
Facilitate the creation of thought pieces, whitepapers, and industry insights on ERP trends, AI-driven transformations, RPA efficiencies, and government compliance challenges (e.g., navigating FISMA and FISCAM in ERP deployments). Develop marketing collateral such as case studies, brochures, and webinars to showcase Montcure LLC's expertise in both commercial and federal sectors. Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs, including internal sessions for firm employees on ERP best practices and client-facing workshops as a value-added service. Cover topics like S/4HANA navigation, Oracle module customization, AI integration, RPA deployment, and federal compliance standards such as NIST SP 800-53 implementation and FISCAM audit preparation. Business Development:
Collaborate with sales and domain teams to identify opportunities across all verticals, including government. Support proposal development, client pitches, and relationship building by leveraging ERP knowledge to demonstrate ROI, innovation, and compliance with federal mandates like FISMA and FedRAMP. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. 14+ years of experience in ERP systems, with proven expertise in SAP (S/4HANA certification preferred) and Oracle (e.g., OCP or similar certifications). Strong knowledge of data management, system interfaces, AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure AI integrations), and RPA tools. Experience in legacy system integrations, ontology modeling, and cloud-based ERP deployments, including in government environments with FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, and FISCAM compliance. Familiarity with federal auditing and security frameworks, such as conducting FISCAM assessments for ERP financial controls or implementing NIST risk management processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills for thought leadership and training. Demonstrated success in business development, with a track record of contributing to revenue growth in diverse sectors, including government contracts.
