BT-125 - Systems Administrator
Location: Chantilly (fully on-site, no remote option)
**MUST HAVE A POLY CLEARANCE TO APPLY. Those without a Poly clearance will not be considered.**
Support organization's integrated learning enterprise. Requirement includes some network experience. Core hours are 9-3. Travel between buildings may be requested.
Mandatory Skills
Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment. Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, DNAC Familiarity with Apple IOS Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment. Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades. Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support Demonstrated customer relationship management skills. Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Optional Skills
Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum Demonstrated experience with wireless Demonstrated experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk and Meraki Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, cloudformation Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS, Linux and Cisco environments. Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance. Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms. Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System. Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.
