Monitor and contact customers who send internet sales inquiries into the dealership as well as handle all inbound sales calls and website chats Work directly with customers via phone, email, text and chat to help determine their automotive needs Schedule customer appointments to meet with a sales associate to complete the buying process Follow up and maintain relationships with former customers Multi-task using several platforms and online tools for customer profiles and inventory information Work in a team environment Complete daily tasks in a timely manner Prior customer service experience required Prior Business Development Center (BDC) or appointment setting experience a plus Good verbal and written communication and grammar skills Basic computer skills Positive attitude Dependable Valid driver's license Bilingual a plus Must be able to sit for several hours Retail hours, some nights, most weekends and holidays required
