Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SSIS Developer with extensive experience in database engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and a proven track record in designing, developing, and maintaining complex ETL processes. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain SSIS packages to support data integration and ETL processes. Create and optimize SQL Server stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers. Develop and implement data transformation solutions to acquire and prepare data from various sources. Debug and tune SSIS packages to ensure efficient and accurate data movement. Design and maintain database objects, including tables, views, and indexes. Ensure database security and integrity. Analyze and develop strategies for data import and transfer between source, staging, and data warehouse destinations. Support system and acceptance testing, including the development of test plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ETL processes and database-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SSIS development and database engineering. Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and database design. Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL best practices. Experience with healthcare data is highly desirable. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
