Customer Service Representative - Call Center
Shift/Hours:
Monday - Friday Pay Rate:
$16 - $17 /hr. DOE Location:
Fort Myers, FL Experience: 1 + Years Call Center Experience

Responsibilities: Answer customer questions via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and finding the best solution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
Process orders, forms, and requests accurately.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer issues.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role or a similar client-facing position.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with basic computer software and CRM systems.
A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
