Job Description

David Yurman is seeking a

Seasonal Customer Care Specialist

to support our commitment to delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring each customer interaction upholds our brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities Provide prompt, warm, and professional service via phone and email Resolve customer issues with a focus on first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction Accurately manage order entry, updates, and product inquiries Support after-sales requests, including repairs and service follow-ups Uphold policies and procedures for both eCommerce and retail store support Maintain detailed and accurate customer records Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years in a high-volume or luxury call center or retail service role Demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding productivity and quality targets Experience supporting after-sales and repair servicesis a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using multiple systems and Microsoft Office Experience using SalesForce is a strong plus Professional, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends.
